Self Defense for the Cure

ATA (American Tae Kwon Do Association) schools throughout Arizona are partnering with Safeway grocery stores to host a fundraiser Women’s Self Defense class during October, which is breast cancer awareness month.
ALL proceeds will go to breast cancer research. The cost is $20.00 for one person or bring a buddy for an additional $10.00. Safeway employees will be collecting the admission fee at the karate studios, not ATA employees.
Safeway will also have raffle gifts from their vendors in order to add some fun during the event.

Just to let you know , some new features are on the website. We’ve added all the school listings under the “School Directory” link, the photo gallery is now up and running too! If you have photos from events that you want to send in, then go ahead and email them to tony.pagliocco@gmail.com and I can put them up for you. We’ll be adding in more features as the week goes on but for right now, there is your update for Monday!!
