Annual Region 118 Awards Banquet

Region 118’s Annual Awards Banquet is taking place on Saturday, December 3rd 2016!
Please join our Chief Masters, Senior Masters, Masters and High Ranks for the annual in-region Rank Advancement Test. It is the end-of-the-year showcase of Arizona’s finest martial artists.
Awards will be given for the following categories:
1) Regional Appreciation: a member or non member who has shown consist effort with helping the region grow through their participation in regional activities and events.
2) Instructor Trainee of the Year: Red Collar or above, active leadership member, who teaches, and develops students, makes a recognizable effort to live according to the Songahm Spirit of Taekwondo. Doesn’t have to be black belt.
3) Jr. Instructor Trainee of the Year: (Red, White, Blue collar) A leadership student that completely rocks and supports our region…doesn’t have to be black belt!
4) Black Belt of the Year: A black belt that sets a strong example in his or her personal life, made a recognizable effort to live according to the Songahm Spirit of Taekwondo, and has been loyal to his or her instructor and organization.
This years award ceremony’s theme is the “Academy Awards” again, meaning we get to dress up, be entertained, and have a red carpet to walk on! We will have a place to get our picture taken with masters in their silks, support the HU Lee Foundation, and celebrate the personal victories of our region and our students.
Date: Saturday, December 3rd at 6pm
Where: CO Greenfield Gym 7009 South 10th Street Phoenix, AZ 85042 (10th St. & Baseline)
Who: School Owners/Managers will invite their Regional Award Nominees plus 15 additional individuals from their academy.
Reception will include appetizers, desserts and drinks.
