Please Note—This Schedule is an estimate of time for the “LINE UP”, not actual competition time. “LINE UP” is when all competitors for a certain age group get divided into smaller groups if there are 12 or more people competing or possibly get combined in order to create groups of 5 or more.

TOURNAMENT THEME – Arizona Region 118 2024/25 season series of 5 Events
The medals are collectibles based on the Masters Class Animal starting with Dragon Pearl Masters, Tiger Masters, Blue Horse Masters, Guardian Masters, and Turtle Masters. If a competitor attends 3 out of 5 of the Series Tournaments in 2023/24 they will receive a beautiful 6″ copper medal plate to mount their awards. On the last day of the Series all competitors who participated in at least 3 of the Series will receive a plate, any medals won at any of the 5 tournaments can be mounted on the plate.

Parking: For convenience we recommend parking in the East Lot- which is connected to the South Hall. A less-expensive pay lot is a short walk at “Jefferson Street Parking” for $5+.

Other Things You Should Know:
- All trained ATA students in uniform can learn about judging firsthand by volunteering to keep score or time in any ring. Neat writing and math skills are important.
- If you forgot any gear, the Body & Mind Sports Store will be present with a booth for purchases. Clothing, tournament T-shirts and other accessories are also available.
